"I had been shopping prices and Accords in the Raleigh area and no one had come close to his first price."
I was sent to Honda of Concord by
Hendrick Chevrolet of Cary. My husband and I have dealt with Rick
Hendrick dealerships in the past and wanted to continue the
relationship. He was purchasing a new truck and I expressed the desire
to purchase a Honda. They recommended Honda of Concord so I could
continue my relatonship with the Hendrick family. I originally spoke
with Rich York over the phone. I told him what I was looking for. He
called me back to let me know he did have the exact car I was looking
for but needed to install the black leather seats ad what the price
would be. I had been shopping prices and Accords in the Raleigh area and
no one had come close to his first price. I was elated with the price I
was quote and the openness in which Rich spoke with me. We agreed on
the price and time for me to meet him and workout the details. I was
then contacted by the nicest finance manager I could have ever asked for
over the phone. He wanted to know if there was any questions I had that
he could address for me and if I had any questions arise in the interm
to please call. He gave me his direct line and his celluar phone number.
When I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted by one of the
floor sales associates and directed to Rich, Gerard, and Chris. Gerard
took me to my new car and introduced us. He was very attentive and
helpful. We proceeded to meet with Chris who was very helpful in
explaing all the financing details and options. He is very personalble
and helpful from the begining to end. I am now a very happy, satisfied,
proud owner of a Honda Accord thru Honda of Concord and still in the
Hendrick dealership and service family. I couldn't be happier!!

This was our first experience with Honda of
Concord and will not be our last. We had planned to take our children
to see the lights at the speedway and really had not planned to spend
the time to get in the middle of a car deal. We stopped by to look at
the inventory and were sold when we were greeted by Tom who was very
knowledgable, honest, and most importantly fast.....We got the car we
wanted without having to make another trip to Concord and made it to the
lights in time for our kids!! What a great experience and a big thank
you to all of the other staff who got us on our way so quickly.

was time for a new car, Tom was very laid back and made the atmosphere
very relaxing when buying a car. He wasn't pushy like usual car salesmen

We purchased a 2013 CRV. With the help
of Gerard and Tom, this experience was wonderful. Gerard was gearing to
help us get the best price for the vehicle we so wanted. He was upbeat,
friendly, patient, and understanding. While filling out the paperwork,
he even entertained our daughter. Now that was awesome!! Tom was
wonderful in showing us how all of our new gadgets worked inside the
vehicle and continued checking on us while Gerard was busy working out
our deal. They compliment each other very well and we would love to do
business with them and the dealership again. Everyone we met spoke and
had a smile on their face. Lastly, we truly did get a great deal on a
great vehicle with great customer service to make a difficult transition

worked with were equally great. This is my second Honda, but my
husband's first. I am excited that he is now going to have the Honda
experience.
Since I work for CMC-NorthEast on Copperfield Blvd., I am
happy to have the opportunity to get a ride from the service dept. to
work when oil changes, etc. are due.

Went to 2 other dealerships before
Concord. We did our homework and knew what we wanted to pay and what we
wanted for our trade in. Yolanda was great and was able to get us the
price we wanted for our 2013 Pilot and for our trade in. We were not at
all happy with the previous 2 dealerships with their sales tactics,
dishonesty and upselling. By the time we got to Concord, They actually
made the whole process painless - from the time we walked in, the
financial part, until we drove off the lot. I would recommend this
dealership to anyone. Honesty goes a long way with me and I can say
without a shadow of a doubt, they were a pleasure to work with!!!
