What do mini bikes, dunk tanks and youth development have in common? They’re all part of our Charlotte-area Honda stores’ project for Honda Weeks of Service!

Honda of Concord, Hendrick Acura, Hendrick Honda and Honda Cars of Rock Hill all hosted employee fundraisers to benefit Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth and Families and its chapter of NYPUM, the National Youth Project Using Minibikes. NYPUM is a national partner of Honda that uses mini bikes and trail riding to develop leadership, life skills and mentor relationships for under-served youth.

When Will the Upcoming 2019 Honda Passport Be Released?

 

The 2019 Honda Passport is an all-new, two-row midsize SUV that's due out soon next year. There's no official release date yet for this model, but we can expect to see the first arrivals coming out sometime early in 2019.

The Passport debuted at an auto show in Los Angeles last month in November. According to sources, the new design has already made it to production. While it may not Santa's elves doing that work, it's exciting that the 2019 Honda Passport was able to be green-lighted so quickly around the holidays.

The Honda Civic family of compact cars will continue to grow for 2019 in the Concord area. Sedan, coupe, and hatchback models for the tenth-generation Honda Civic will now all be available with a Sport trim.

For 2018 MY and earlier tenth-gen Honda Civic cars, this Sport trim was only available on Honda Civic hatchback models. The addition of this trim level to sedan and coupe body styles is new for 2019, and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser in California.

Honda Announces $1 Million Pledge to Nationwide Children's Hospital
