American Honda Motor Co., Inc., posted November sales of 83,925 vehicles, a decrease of 10.1 percent, the company announced today. American Honda year-to-date sales reached 1,042,055, down 5.7 percent versus last year, based on the daily selling rate*.

Honda Division posted November sales of 74,016, a decrease of 9.9 percent versus November 2010. The Pilot continued its momentum with sales of 10,487, up 32.6 percent. We at Honda of Concord are glad to see so many automakers moving forward with green-technology. However, there is always backlash when it comes to rapid advancements. In the case of electric vehicles, many aren't completely convinced. That is part of the reason Honda has released an entire fleet of EV testers onto the streets of China.

While Honda doesn't have any plans to bring the carbon fiber-laced CR-Z Mugen RR to production, the company has announced that buyers in the UK will have the chance to pick up a quicker version of the hybrid hatchback.
