Honda has captured three of AutoPacific's 2012 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards for the 2012 Honda CR-V, Odyssey and Pilot, and four of Total Car Score's inaugural Top Scoring Car Awards for the 2012 Honda Ridgeline, Fit, Odyssey and CR-V.

"It's fantastic to have so much of Honda's outstanding product line represented in these awards," said Michael Accavitti, vice president of marketing operations for American Honda. "AutoPacific's awards tell us we're creating truly satisfied owners, and the Total Car Score awards demonstrate how widely and well regarded Honda's products are among top authoritative sites."

AutoPacific's 2012 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards (VSA) are based on over 75,000 surveys completed by owners of new cars and light trucks in the United States in the first quarter of 2012.The VSAs are based solely on owner input, and are an accurate measurement of how satisfied new car and light truck buyers are with their recently purchased vehicle.

The Top Scoring Car Awards are based on Total Car Score's ranking formula, which utilizes the ratings from trusted automotive sites converted into a simple percentage. These ratings are translated into a single Total Car Score that allows car shoppers to quickly and easily compare cars.

I was beyond pleased with the staff at Honda of Concord. I went to one of their competitors the previous evening and received the runaround. Jeff Hamm and the rest of the crew seemed truly concerned about my satisfaction and worked hard to ensure that I got the car I needed for a price I could afford. I am, what I consider to be, a tough customer and Jeff more than exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the folks at Honda of Concord. I would feel 100% confident recommending them to a family or friend searching for a new car. BTW, I got a 2012 CRV and absolutely love it!!

Everyone at the dealership was helpful and very fair. They were both professional and friendly. I bought my last car at Honda of Concord and probably will purchase the next one there too. I was especially impressed with the sales manager. I understand that he recently received the promotion and certainly deserves it. He dealt with me fairly and straightforward. I did not have a very good experience with the Honda dealership in Charlotte so i was willing to drive 20 miles to Honda of Concord and i was not disappointed.

Amanda was very helpful helping work thru the different options available for me and finding the best price for the vehicle that i was needing. i really enjoyed my experience working with Amanda. I needed a vehicle with great gas milage but had a limited budget to work with and Amanda got me into a great new car with in the price range i was able to afford. Thank you!!Cari Vince

I am very glad that I choose Honda of Concord as the dealership to purchase my new 2012 Honda CRV. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and I was treated with respect. Every aspect of the purchase of my new car was handled in a professional manner. I cannot say enough good things about my salesman Henry Cooper, nor the finance manager Brian Emmerich. They made the experience as comfortable and as quick as possible. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, and I have to say the treatment I received at Honda of Concord was bar none! I am recommending this dealership and salesman to all of my friends who are admiring my new car. If you are in the market for a new Honda, then this is the place to purchase it at.

Husband and I purchased 2012 CR-V. Mr. Lee Brown was a pleasure to work with, not pushy and knew every thing the vehicle was capable of and took his time to explain all of it. Even when the deal was done, Mr. Brown took the extra time to link our blue tooth to the vehicle and even offered to program our favorite radio stations...that is service!
