Three Honda Models Ranked Best for Teens

Every year, the United Services Automobile Association (USAA) takes a look at which vehicles demonstrate the highest value and then pins them to its "2012 Best Value" list. While this list is certainly important, right now Honda of Concord would like to focus on the USAA's accompanying list: "Top 10 for Teens." Unlike many other awards and designations, earning a spot on the Top 10 for Teens list means that an auto is desired by youngsters and whole-heartedly approved by parents.
As you might have guessed, Honda made the list...three times, that is. That's right. Three innovative new Honda vehicles were chosen for Top 10 for Teens. Specifically, those autos would be the Honda Fit, Honda Civic, and Honda CR-Z.
Now, if you haven't yet experienced the pride and terror that comes from handing over car keys to a new, teen driver, then you might be wondering what exactly makes an auto teen-friendly. To that we say safety. And lots of it. In determining its winners for the Top 10 for Teens list, the USAA looks for safety, reliability, and affordable insurance costs.
Lauren Fix, an automotive expert at The Car Coach, knows exactly how important finding the right auto for your teenager can be. Fix explains, "As a parent, I know how challenging it can be to feel confident in the car your teen drives...USAA's Top 10 for Teens list gives parents a place to start their search for a new vehicle that gets top marks in the areas they care most about..."1
While safety is certainly vital, it's only one portion of what these Honda models have to offer. For a more in-depth explanation of any vehicle, feel free to stop by Honda of Concord at 7650 Bruton Smith Blvd Concord, NC 28027 anytime.
