I had an EXCELLENT experience at Honda of Concord yesterday! I walked in and was greeted by Tony Montana; a few hours later I walked out with a brand new Civic Coupe. They have terrific variety/availability of different cars but have already sold out of the 2011 Civics--a testament to their brand and sales staff. Again, an excellent experience! I will definitely be back to purchase another Honda in the future.

Chris Scotti told us at the beginning of our visit that he and Honda of Concord's primary goal was to make sure we left their business as a happy customer. they did just that.

My husband and I were totally impressed with this dealership and the employees. The salesperson,,Jim Doyle, was very courteous and friendly. We met two other fellows that were also very nice. The business manager, Lester Leader was very professional and organized. All of the paperwork was fully explained before anything was signed. I also like the fact that the upholstery is protected from spills, and this was also explained and demonstrated. If I had known that this dealership was as it is I would have bought all of our Honda cars from this dealer! Several members of my family all drive Honda cars and I have recommended that they go to this dealership when the time comes to trade.

As posted on our Facebook page, a Honda of Concord employee actually won these 4 tickets to the Charlotte show of the Honda Civic Tour on September 20, 2011.  However, she has chosen to donate them back to us to hold another contest for a customer to have the chance to win!

Thank you to all the Service Men and Women! 

New to the area, we have visited several dealerships in the Charlotte and Fort Mill area, including the other Honda dealerships, and have been consistently surprised and disappointed at the indifference of the sales staff. Honda of Concord was a completely different experience . Specifically, we worked with Victor Rizk who was great -- quickly zeroed in on the vehicle type/price range we wanted to buy and found our vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase. Also, I previously took my 2008 Odyssey to the Concord service department for warranty repair -- great service! Forgot to report it at the time.

According to the Charlotte Observer:

Race vehicles with a combined 27,000 horsepower will participate today in the annual Parade of Power, scheduled for noon on Bruton Smith Boulevard.

Featured in the parade will be the various vehicles scheduled to participate in racing this fall at the speedway -- dragsters, dirt track cars, and race cars from both the Nationwide and Sprint Cup series with NASCAR. The parade will end at the speedway with a news conference and fan forum. The first 100 fans arriving at the speedway will be invited to an autograph session afterward.

Among drivers participating will be David Ragan, who won last fall's Sprint Cup race in Charlotte; and Trevor Bayne, winner of this year's Daytona 500.

Vehicles scheduled to take part today include: Sprint Cup; Nationwide Series; a Whelen Southern Modified tour car; a World of Outlaws sprint car; a monster truck; an NHRA Top Fuel dragster; an NHRA Funny Car; the speedway's Toyota Camry pace cars; and a Rosenbauer fire engine.
