Positive feedback

Hi Mr. Purser, I recently purchased a car from your dealership after shopping at 6 other Honda, Toyota and VW dealers. In the past 25 years I have avoided purchasing cars from the frontline sales force.....I have dealt with the dealership owner, the general manager, the fleet manager and, in two cases, from the G'boro and Statesville auctions(through a dealer connection). I worked around frontline salesmen to avoid high pressure sales tactics and an overall higher price on the vehicle. Chris Scotti responded to an inquiry that I made through the internet. He was knowledgable and very helpful with technical info about the car. He was very good at following up with me over the two weeks it took me to make a decision......I didn't even mind answering the phone the several times my secretary said "It's Chris Scotti from Honda Cars of Concord". I felt good about the deal we sealed and Chris did a thorough wrap-up and sent us on our way. My wife and I both enjoyed dealing with him and feel that he did a great job. Jim J
