out of area customer service

This is a note to thank you for excellent service provided 7/22 and 7/23, especially that provided by Blair Whitelaw. Being from out-of-town, I had my car towed in after service hours. Blair took me around to hotels nearby, but they were all booked. He persevered until we found a hotel a few miles away. I would have been stranded if it were not for him. In the morning, the courtesy van picked me up and the service department fixed the problem quickly. I will be moving to Charlotte, and now I know where to get service and buy my next Honda.
