I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a great buying experience yesterday. Often times, we spend our energy complaining when things don't go exactly the way we envision them. This time, I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for treating me fairly and respectfully throughout this process. Lee Thompson and Victor Rizk were very easy to work with and made me their number one priority starting with a phone call almost immediately after I sent you my proposal. I felt like your folks were proactive and assertive but without the aggressive pressure that I have often felt at other car dealerships. Unfortunately, this has been a stigma in the auto industry for a very long time but my experience yesterday has clearly demonstrated that not all car dealerships are the same.
