I wanted to convey my excellent buying experience I just had with Chris Scotti and my 2010 Odyssey EX. My time has been very limited these days so without having the means to do this through email, It would have been hard to make a vehicle purchase at this time. Chris Scotti provided timely responses and always provided details that I requested. I did not get this from many of the other dealerships (only a couple of other dealerships provided similar service). I live much further south in Weddington and had a few dealers that are closer to where I live that came within the same price range. I ultimately gave my business to Honda of Concord because of Chris Scotti?s timely responses and ability to provide competitive pricing from the very first quote. I was even more impressed on the day I went to close the deal as Chris had everything lined up and ready to go and I was basically in and out within an hour. Hi Mr. Purser, I recently purchased a car from your dealership after shopping at 6 other Honda, Toyota and VW dealers. In the past 25 years I have avoided purchasing cars from the frontline sales force.....I have dealt with the dealership owner, the general manager, the fleet manager and, in two cases, from the G'boro and Statesville auctions(through a dealer connection). I worked around frontline salesmen to avoid high pressure sales tactics and an overall higher price on the vehicle. Chris Scotti responded to an inquiry that I made through the internet. He was knowledgable and very helpful with technical info about the car. He was very good at following up with me over the two weeks it took me to make a decision......I didn't even mind answering the phone the several times my secretary said "It's Chris Scotti from Honda Cars of Concord". I want to express my appreciation for the fantastic service that I received from your team at Honda of Concord.

I'm a "car guy" and my expectations are very high regarding my automobiles.

I recently purchased an absolutely as new 2003 S2000 with only 23,000 miles and ordered the factory hard to go with it.

The sale started with Dentis Shaw and his Manager. Excellent people to deal with. I received every little quirky thing that I asked for from the missing screw in the fairing, plugs for the license bracket, owners manual, touch up paint, locking lug nut key etc. to the hard top. Nothing was too much to ask.

When I was dealing with the financing portion of the purchase I was very well served by Troy Fitch. He took the initiative to find me the best financing deal available and I am very grateful.

In the Service Department I dealt with Danny Blackwelder. I have never received the positive type of attention from anyone at any other dealership in the many years that I have been purchasing Nissans and Toyotas. Danny always followed up with me and coordinated my service according to my time schedule. He provided outstanding service with a positive attitude and much initiative. Danny is a great attribute along with the rest of your fine team.

Bottom line is that I am very pleased and impressed with my experience at Honda of Concord.

Hi Shane! I asked Chip for his manager's name because I wanted to send you a note to tell what a great car buying experience my husband & I had with Chip. I started working with Chip over the internet regarding buying a new Honda Accord. He always got back to me when he said he would. We basically firmed everything up over the phone and via a few phone calls, because I had indicated to Chip that I did not want to spend all day in a dealership, buying a new car.

So, when we were ready to buy the car, we drove over to Honda of Concord. We met chip within 1 minute of arriving at the dealership. He had most of the paperwork completed prior to our arrival. So, the only thing left to do was for me to select the color that I wanted from the Honda Accord EX\'s that were on the lot. I choose the Moroccan Red Metallic. Chip sent the car to the back to have it detailed. While the detailing was being done, my husband & I met with Mark (finance) and signed the finance paperwork, etc. Mark was very pleasant to deal with as well. Chip was never "pushy" and neither was Mark. My husband & I discovered a small indention in the rear bumper of the car. It was minor but since it was new car we wanted it fixed. Chip made the appointment for me with the body shop and arranged for me to drive a rental while my new car was at the body shop. Once my car was done, Chip picked up my car from the body shop and brought the car to me and picked up the rental car from me.

I know for a fact that not all Honda dealerships operate such as Honda of Concord. Our experience was very smooth. I have worked at Wachovia Corporation for over 18 years (legacy First Union) and I can definitely appreciate "top notch" customer service. I have come to expect great customer service because Wachovia expects its employees to deliver great customer service---always.

I have placed a note on the on-line Wachovia Employee Bulletin board to let all Wachovia employees (110K) know that if they\'re in the market for a new Honda that Honda of Concord is the place to come and Chip is the sales manager to see. I hope that we never need to visit for service issues, however if we do I feel sure that our needs will be taken care of. So, be sure to tell all of your sales managers that you never know where your "potential new customers" work and that they have the power to send more business your way if you treat them well! I have already received 4 replies to my posting on the bulletin board!

Again, please give Chip a "pat on the back" because he really has taken great care of us.

I want to tell you about a great experience I had at Honda of Concord last evening. I had my battery replaced during the day and my radio needed to be reset with a special code. I pulled into your store at 6:54. I was greeted by Dentis Shaw, one of the sales consultants, who wanted to know what he could do to help me. Very nice and personable guy who I could see genuinely wanted to help me. He spent a few minutes trying to locate the special code in my van, with no luck. He returned to the showroom to find out if anyone knew where the special code might be located in my van. While I was waiting, I thought, well, I will try to return in the morning and talk with someone in the service department who could help me. However, Dentis returned just a few minutes later and said that someone was still in the service department and would be happy to help me. I was pleasantly surprised. Christi Woods was fabulous. I know it was past time for her to leave, yet she calmly and pleasantly helped me find the number of the radio so she could call and get the code. Dentis also stayed with us just in case I needed him for anything else. My day was made.

But on top of that, I needed to bring my car in for service before it was out of warranty and Christi opened a ticket, ordered a part and made an appointment for me for the following Monday to have my car serviced. She went above and beyond anything that I had expected and all with a great positive attitude.

At Bank of America we have five core values by which our company was built A? Doing the right thing, trusting and teamwork, inclusive meritocracy, winning and leadership. In my opinion Dentis Shaw and Christi Woods showed all five of those qualities and Â?wowedÂ? me as a customer. I will definitely be back.
